CEKU needs to be able to confirm that you are at your workplace.
Make sure that "precise location" is enabled for the CEKU app in your phone's settings. Once location is enabled and your presence on site is detected, you will be able to punch in.
For iPhone, follow these instructions:
Open your iPhone's Settings.
Scroll down and select Apps.
Select CEKU.
Tap Location.
Select While Using the App or Always, depending on the options available.
Turn on Precise Location.
Close and reopen the CEKU app, then check if the "Start" button is enabled.
For Android, follow these instructions:
Open your Android phone's Settings.
Select Apps, then find and open CEKU.
Tap Permissions, then select Location.
Choose Allow only while using the app or Allow all the time, depending on the options available.
Turn on Use precise location, if available.
Close and reopen the CEKU app, then check if the "Start" button is enabled.
