- Punch: just like any agent, you can punch in and out for your own shifts.
- See the agents assigned to you: view the list of agents under your supervision for a given shift or event.
- Validate their position: check that your agents are in the right place during their shift.
- See their status: track in real time whether your agents are en route, on site, on break, or have finished their shift.
