The base billing rates feature allows the agency to enter and store the standard billing rates of its agents for its clients, providing an easy reference when creating requests and thus invoices. This functionality simplifies the billing process.
At any time, it is possible to manually change the billing rates for each client.
How to use it:
- Access the menu bar
- Select Settings
- Go to Base Billing
- Modify the rates as needed
